Ingredients:<br />
</strong><br />
7 nos of eggs<br />
2 cups of flour<br />
2 cups of fine sugar<br />
2 cups of water<br />
1 can (390g) of concentrate milk<br />
3 table spoon of butter<br />
1 tea spoon of Bicarbonate of Soda<br />
1 tea spoon rose essence</p>
<p><strong>Methods:<br />
</strong><br />
Cramelized the sugar.<br />
Then, add in water.<br />
followed by butter.<br />
Make it boil, and set aside or cool in a room temperature.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:8pt;font-family:Verdana;"><br />
Whisk all eggs thoroughly.<br />
Add in a can of milk and keep whisking.<br />
Put flour and soda bicarbonat- keep whisking.<br />
Then add in the caramel sugar.<br />
Batter it for a while..<br />
Lastly add in the rose essence..<br />
Close ur mould with aluminium foil to avoid the steam mix in with ur cake while steaming process.<br />
Steam for 1 1/2 hours.</span></p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>2 cups of self raising flour } sieved</p>
<p>1/4 cup of fine sugar.</p>
<p>1/2 tea spoon soda bicarbonat.</p>
<p>yellow color or a pinch or two of tumeric powder.</p>
<p>1 egg.</p>
<p>1 1/2 cups fresh milk.</p>
<p>1 cup of ground peanuts-fried without oil and blend it.</p>
<p>Ingredients to scatter on the top as a sweet pancake filling.</p>
<p>1 can of corn.</p>
<p>1 cup of sugar</p>
<p>butter about 1 table spoon for each pancake.</p>
<p>How to make?</p>
<p>1. <p>2. Add in the milk, soda bicarbonat and yellow color. Keep on battering until all the ingredients blend very well.</p>
<p>3. Put the flour and keep mixing.</p>
<p>4.Heat the non stick pan- do not apply any oil or margerine on the pan.</p>
<p>5. Scoop some  batter and pour it on the pan  -(depends on the thick that u prefer ur sweet pancake to be).</p>
<p>6. When it half cooked, scatter the sugar, corn , the peanuts and 1 table spoon of margerine.</p>
<p>7. When it fully cooked, fold the pancake into two and cut into pieces..</p>
<p>8.Finish and ready to eat.</p>

<p>Bahan2:</p>
<p>Kulit Lasagna kering<br />
1 s/b marjerin<br />
½ s/k garam<br />
125 gm mozarella cheese ~ guna yg dah siap parut</p>
<p>Bahan2 Sos Daging:</p>
<p>2 s/b marjerin<br />
2 biji Bawang Putih, cincang halus<br />
1 biji Bawang Bombay, cincang halus<br />
500 gm Daging/ ayam cincang<br />
250 gm diced tomato with mix herbs<br />
300 gm Sos Tomato/ tomato puree-Nak lagi senang guna bolognese sauce kalau dapat yang halal.<br />
2 kiub maggi  ayam atau beef.<br />
1 s/k mix herbs<br />
½ s/k Garam,<br />
½ s/b Gula pasir</p>
<p>Bahan2 Sos Putih:</p>
<p>50 gm marjerin -3 sb<br />
50 gm Tepung gandum &#8211; 3 sb<br />
400 cc Susu Cair Evaporated<br />
100 cc Air<br />
125 gm Keju Cheddar parut<br />
1 kiub maggi<br />
¼ s/k serbuk lada putih</p>
<p>Cara Masak Sos Daging:</p>
<p>1. Panaskan marjerin, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum dan layu. Masukkan daging cincang, kacau rata hingga daging berubah warna &amp; masak.<br />
2. Tambahkan diced tomato, sos tomato dan air. Bubuh kiub pati lembu MAGGI/pati ayam, mix herbs, garam dan gula pasir. Masak hingga mendidih &amp; sos agak kering.</p>
<p>Cara Masak Sos Putih:</p>
<p>1. Panaskan marjerin, masukkan pes tepong gandum &amp; kacau rata. Tuang susu cair dan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau rata. Tambahkan keju parut, kiub pati lembu/pati ayam dan serbuk lada putih.<br />
2. Masak hingga mendidih dan mengental.</p>
<p>Penyediaan Terakhir:</p>
<p>1. Sapu loyang atau caserole empat segi dengan marjerin di sekeliling, susun kulit lasagna pada dasar loyang.<br />
2. Ratakan ½ bahagian sos daging diatasnya dan ½ bahagian sos putih dan cheese mozarella parut. Ratakan perlahan2. Susun kembali kulit lasagna diatasnya.<br />
3. Ulangi proses sama spt tadi diakhiri dengan susunan lasagsa di atas sekali menutup sos putih.<br />
4. Taburkan cheese parut atasnya.<br />
5. Bakar dengan suhu oven 180°C (atas bwh) hingga kuning kecoklatan (± 40 minit). (suhu bergantung oven masing2)<br />
6. Angkat. Sajikan panas.kalau nak senang potong lasagna biarkan sejuk sedikit.<br />
*susunan;kulit lasagna-sos daging-sos putih-kulit lasagna-sos daging-sos putih-kulit lasagna-sos putih-tabur cheese.</p>

<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<ul type="disc">
<li class="MsoNormal">3 tbsp vegetable or coconut      oil</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 cinnamon stick</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">6 green cardamom pods, left      whole</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">6 cloves, left whole</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1 onion, finely sliced</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">12 curry leaves</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">3-4 whole green chillies</li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">4cm/1½in piece ginger, cut into thin strips</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">6 garlic cloves, finely      chopped</li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">750g/1½lb chicken joints, skin removed </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">salt and freshly ground black pepper</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal">2 tsp garam masala</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">180g/6½oz freshly grated      coconut</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">1-1½ tsp lemon juice</li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-GB">small handful chopped fresh coriander,      leaves and stalks</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span lang="EN-GB">Method</span></h2>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">1. Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the cinnamon, cardamom pods and cloves and fry for 20-30 seconds, or until the spices are fragrant. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">2. Add the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes, or until golden-brown. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">3. Add the curry leaves, chillies, ginger and garlic, reduce the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic has softened.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">4. Add the chicken joints and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">5. Add the garam masala and enough boiling water to reach halfway up the chicken pieces. Bring to the boil, then cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to a low heat and simmer the mixture for 10-12 minutes. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">6. Remove the lid from the pan, turn the heat up to a high heat and boil off any excess liquid, stirring continuously.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">7. Once</span><span lang="EN-GB"> the liquid has almost completely boiled away, add the grated coconut and the lemon juice and stir well. Cover the pan again and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes, until the chicken pieces are tender and completely cooked through. </span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">8. Just before serving, stir in the chopped coriander.</span></p>

<p>Add in egg then flour then egg then flour. Repeat the method until all the eggs and flour are finished.</p>
<p>Your dough will be thick and sticky.</p>
<p>Hot the wafer plate first for at least 5 minutes. When your maker is hot enough, put 1 tbs of the mixer into the maker. Wait for about 1 minute before check if it is cooked. For my mixer it takes about 5 minutes to be cooked.</p>

<p>Methods.</p>
<p>Blend all the # items above.</p>
<p>Marinate chicken with all the blended items .</p>
<p>Squeeze lemon/lime on the chicken.</p>
<p>add in salt, honey, curry powder, chilies paste and curry leaves. Let the chicken marinated for overnight.</p>
<p>Bake in the oven or used the convertional method like me..hehehe</p>

Just marinate all those ingredients above for a couple of hours. The longer it takes the better..</p>
<p>Then, heat the cooking oil in the wok (for deep fry).</p>
<p>Whisk by spoon 2 nos of eggs</p>
<p>Ready made &#8211; a plate of breadcrumbs</p>
<p>Take one piece by one piece of the marinated chicken,<br />
cover it with the eggs and followed by the breadcrumbs. After that, put it into the wok. Repeat the method for the whole chicken and ready to serve when it crisp and cooked!</p>

<li> Cara buat laksam: Gaulkan semua bahan-bahan. Sapukan tudung periuk dengan sedikit minyak masak-utk mengelak dari melekat. Ambik sedikit adunan dan letakkan di atas tudung periuk. Kukus sampai masak.</li>
<li>Bila dah masak, keluarkan. Biarkan sekejap sebelum digulung- supaya laksam kelihatan licin dan cantik. Sementara tu letaklah sedikit adunan ke atas tudung periuk lain dan kukus sampai masak. Ulang sampai habis</li>

<p>Cara membuat kuah laksam</p>

<li>Untuk kuah: kisar isi ikan, halia, bawang putih, bawang merah dan lada hitam. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam periuk bersama bahan-bahan lain. Masak sehingga agak pekat.</li>
<li> Untuk cili: cili merah tumbuk dgn belacan,tambah grm skit dan perahkan limau</li>
