7 nos of eggs
2 cups of flour
2 cups of fine sugar
2 cups of water
1 can (390g) of concentrate milk
3 table spoon of butter
1 tea spoon of Bicarbonate of Soda
1 tea spoon rose essence


Cramelized the sugar.
Then, add in water.
followed by butter.
Make it boil, and set aside or cool in a room temperature.

Whisk all eggs thoroughly.
Add in a can of milk and keep whisking.
Put flour and soda bicarbonat- keep whisking.
Then add in the caramel sugar.
Batter it for a while..
Lastly add in the rose essence..
Close ur mould with aluminium foil to avoid the steam mix in with ur cake while steaming process.
Steam for 1 1/2 hours.
